Fine Details
*Based on double occupancy. For travelers wishing to have single occupancy, an additional fee of $1200 will be charged and MUST be paid by January15. There is no reduction for travelers who request more than 2 guests per room. Tickets for additional shows may be purchased AFTER arrival in New York and may not conflict with the itinerary. If a traveler wishes to SUBSTITUTE a different show, they are responsible for all associated fees and no refund will be available for the forfeited ticket.
Disclosures
A general liability waiver MUST be signed by every traveler. • Once travel has commenced, any traveler who may need to return early is responsible for all costs associated with early termination, including airport transfers, and airfare (the original ticket is non-exchangeable and non-refundable.) • Single travelers may request a roommate from the list of travelers, and every effort will be made to accommodate such requests.
