TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ENTRY

To complete an entry for the raffle, go to the "Purchase" button above or below. Scroll to the bottom of the page, select how many tickets you would like to purchase, and enter the required information. After completing your purchase of the raffle tickets, you will receive an email receipt. The winner of the raffle will be contacted when the drawing occurs on August 12, 2025 at 8:00 pm Mountain.

The winner must notify us of their intent to either use the raffle package or take the cash payout of $2500 by October 30th, 2025. Seth’s Big Fat Broadway Cruise is from February 15-21, 2026. If the winner chooses to take the NYC Trip, they understand that  they will be traveling from March 9-14, 2026. (See our New York Adventure page for details) (the previous statement should include a link to the New York Adventure page) Purchases of these tickets are NOT tax-deductible as a charitable donation. By purchasing a ticket you are giving the Black Hills Playhouse permission to use your name for publicity purposes if you are the winner and may receive information from the Black Hills Playhouse regarding available programs. The winner is liable for all taxes and agrees to provide the information to the Black Hills Playhouse as necessary to comply with all applicable taxes and legal requirements. Packages are transferable to another party.

Residents of Hawaii and Kansas, and Utah are not eligible to participate in this raffle due to state laws. Entrants must be 21 years or older to purchase a ticket. The winner will be chosen at random by the raffle service "Raffle Creator."
